1 Your Protection

Should a major fault be identified within 30 days of purchase, we offer the following:

  • Full refund of the purchase price, including deposit (subject to any applicable deductions outlined under Section 2 : Fair Usage Adjustments).
  • Refund processing within 28 working days (after inspection).

2 Fair Usage Adjustments

To maintain fairness for all parties, the following deductions may apply:

Mileage Compensation

50p per mile driven

Warranty Reimbursement

Full retail value for any complimentary warranty coverage provided.

Change of Ownership

Β£100 ownership transfer charge

3 Vehicle Return & Delivery Responsibility

If the customer is returning the car for any reasons, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle to the garage premises at the following address:

4 Vehicle Inspection Process

All returned vehicles undergo our comprehensive inspection to verify:

  • Original condition is maintained with no new damages.
  • Mileage corresponds with service documentation.
  • All original components and documentation are present.

Inspection will be completed within 5 working days.

5 Claims Procedure

Notification must be made within 24 hours of fault discovery.

The vehicle must be returned with all associated items, including:

V5C Document
Service History
Original Accessories

6 Refund Processing

Upon completion of the inspection and confirmation of eligibility:

The refund will be processed within 28 working days (after inspection).
